Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with PGDMM (ERP Knowledge essential). Relevant
experience of 5 to 10 years.
Job Description (Summary):
- Periodical checking of stores' stock, Coordinate Perpetual Inventory stock taken and reconciliation, adjustment and valuation.
- Material Planning, Indenting, Ordering, Receiving and Issuing
- Safety and security of the material and company assets
- ISO documentation system, procedures and records maintenance
- Safe storage, packaging, preservation, delivery & standardization, surplus scrap management, etc.
- Project/Site store setup and SOP implementation & Vendor development
- Reconciliation of BOQ & Actual Consumption
- Transfer of Stock from site to Site and vice-versa
- Preparation of daily and monthly receipt, issue and MIS reports
- Assisting Accounts Dept. in filing of monthly VAT returns and other compliances and getting assessment done.
- Liasoning with Govt bodies like RTO, Excise, Octroi check posts

to 5 years.
Job Description (Summary):
- Looking after day to day store inventory (receipt & issue) inside store.
- Maintaining the right materials on right time, of right quality and right quantity as per requirement of the project.
- Updating the store record and see the stock position of inventory of materials.
- Looking after the purchase of store materials as per system requirement of the project in right time and of right quality without interruption the work progress
- Co-ordination with ERP department, store data entry operation regular basis and running the store record system through ERP smoothly.
