Prepares a Training Calendar based on the outcome of training needs assessment.

Designs and executes/delivers seamless quality training modules

Creates and implements various processes pertaining to training with adherence to organizational quality standards

Review and update present Training material. Design new courseware/training material as and when required

| g) |
Imparts training on behavioral and soft skill development
|

Creates effective processes for monitoring and measuring training processes and incorporate constructive feedback into the same

Manages Training costs through cost control, capacity utilization, efficient use of resources and continuous improvement

To be in constant touch with operations to meet the Training deliverables
