Date of Award - April, 1999
Mild Steel Pipe line for conveyance of Sea water, of 3200 mm dia
of total length 2250 m. weighing around 2500 MT, lined inside with
2050 micron thick polyurethene coat and encased in 500 mm thick concrete,
with 100% radiographic testing of field joints.
Constructed RCC foerebay, 5 nos. concrete volute pumps. (5 nos.
each has flow 32000 Cum./hr with 28 m head) and pump house for the
same.

- Construction of RCC Service Reservoirs. Inlet & Outlet piping
works for each service reservoir.Supply and erection of power
lines at 2 locations. Instrumentation Control Works.
This is the biggest water supply project ever awarded in Sohar.
